Now, I'll ask you a simple question: how much do you feel free on the internet?

Because it is precisely what we are going to face in future, because HADOPI, LOPPSI and ACTA (global law), your freedom on the internet has never been threaten this much. I'll spare you a long speech on LOPPSI, which will be discussed (and voted) by the legislative assembly the 9^th February. It would make a filter against child pornography sites and as a pretext to block any illegal site without even passing through a judge. ATAC would also offer a filtering, but this time it would be worldwide, it would also make ISPs legal responsible in the event of illegal downloading through their system, this would kill the internet neutrality. 

Or ATCA offering among other filtering widespread in all countries, but also criminal responsibility of ISPs in the event of illegal downloading by their infrastructure, and put an end to netneutrality. Thus the squaring of the net organisation is working hard to lobby at an European level to try to stop these laws, even though there is no doubt that the majors will not let slip their livelihood as easily despiterecordprofits. The coming years are unlikely to be rosy for the internet, and your freedom will be the first to suffer.

I now come to my news, I would like to know if you would be interested in a VPN service placed in netherland. This will PPTP (256 bit) and OpenVPN (2048 bit) to ensure your anonymity server on a 1Gbps (to ensure optimum speed). I invite you to participate, and tell me how would you put near your freedom on the Internet, knowing that it takes a reasonable amount for the project to be viable (server to 1200 €).

What is a VPN and what is it?

In fact, a VPN will encrypt your connection and your ISP (internet provider) can't know what is going on. This is not everything, it also has the effect to be visible from the internet as a resident of the Netherlands (place or is the server), and protect your identity and your ip on the internet. In other words, you are no longer tracable and your internet connection cannot be watched.
